Scope and content: Series contains loose claim form A regarding payments owed to Kansans for military or militia service during Price's Missouri Expedition (Price's Raid) and for General Curtis' Indian Expedition of 1864. The forms state the name of the individual, nature of the service, under whose command did he fight, and amount claimed. Included are loose general Union Military Scrip registers, organized by individual, for payments for service and damaged or lost property during Civil War raids. These claims were filed after the Civil War.
