Scope and content: Annual and final accountings of estates as presented to the court. Provides name of individual in charge of the estate, beginning and ending balances, and brief description of any actions taken since the last accounting (such as payments made, taxes paid, insurance costs, interest gained, rents paid toward estate, etc.), and related debit or credit amounts. Can also include oaths, petitions for final settlement, and other more narrative information related to accounts. For children and for individuals judged mentally incompetent at taking care of their own estates. Alphabetical index at beginning of each volume.
