Oregon-California Trail Association, Trails Head Chapter, Award of Appreciation

Shawnee Indian Mission State Historic Site was presented an Award of Appreciation in 2010 in recognition of the continuing historic trails educational and interpretation programs at the site.

Selected comments from Mrs. Fulton's fourth grade class, Whittier Elementary, Kansas City, KS. They visited the Mission and participated in the Jumping Off to Oregon guided tour.
